The water mixing system uses pneumatic valves with electronic control and continuous reading of the water temperature. In the classic version, there is a mixing of cold and hot water; on request, a 3-way version is also available for mixing cold water and chilled water, or cold water and hot water.

The main features of these plants are:

• short time to achieve the required temperature
• high accuracy of the water temperature (+/- 0.5 °C)
• high accuracy of the of water quantity
• excellent reliability and operational safety
• predisposition for integration with other automation systems
• extreme ease of use

The system  can be used both in tanneries that already have their own  water pressurization system, and in tanneries that do not have one (in this case, the system is supplied with its own dedicated pressurization units).
