Thanks to a specifically designed software, installed on a networked computer, all controlled systems and drums receive instructions and commands via their own PLC installed in their control panel. The system allows to constantly monitor the work of the various equipment in the network, create and store the recipes to be transferred to the drums for automatic execution, manage the archive of all the chemicals  used in the recipes, export and store the historical data of processing, command all the units connected to the network for the execution of the recipe, guide the operator in the various operations to be manually executed.

For the management of manual operations (weighing and dosing of powdered products or liquid products in small quantities, measuring and storing the pH level through the various steps) Italprogetti offers specific solutions that assist operators in their execution. An identification system for the operator that performs the manual operation and gives consent to the continuation of the recipe, allows the most complete traceability during the work cycle.
